Cliffside Coastal Tents have a minimum stay period of two nights on all weekends (Friday/Saturday night) and single nights can be booked during the week (Sunday - Thursday nights)
- $435 per couple (catering can be added for an additional $179) for Friday and Saturday
- $415 per couple (catering can be added for an additional $179) for Sunday - Thursday
- $395 per couple (catering can be added for an additional $179) for Friday and Saturday
- $345 per couple (catering can be added for an additional $179) for Sunday - Thursday

**Please note, you need to bring your own food to cook at your glam camping tent for the self-cater option, there is no access to any other food/restaurants or town. Buggy’s are strictly prohibited to be driven after dark, so you need to bring all food and beverages to last the duration of your stay.

By making a booking through our website (here) or Air BNB , you, as the person making the booking, agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (Booking Conditions).
Full payment is required upon booking. Once you have booked on our website and paid your booking is considered confirmed and a receipt and confirmation will be sent to the email you have provided in the booking process.
Cancellation or date change outside of 7 days from check in – 50% of total cost will be forfeited.
Cancellation or date change within 7 days from check in – 100% of total cost will be forfeited.
Exceptional or unforeseen circumstance
Cliffside reserves the right to cancel a booking at any time in the event of exceptional or unforeseen circumstances.
This right will only be exercised in good faith and in exceptional circumstances such as: In the unlikely event the guest may elect to receive a full refund or to credit the booking to another available date.
Cancellation for breach
Cliffside may terminate a booking at any time if they, reasonably believe that there is, or has been, a breach of these Booking Conditions by you or any guest or visitor. All amounts paid are forfeited and, where such termination occurs you and all guests and visitors must immediately leave the property.
Weather
Cliffside would be in touch to cancel you stay if there was any serious weather event that may affect your stay. If you are worried about the weather and Cliffside has not been in touch, this means your stay is perfectly fine to go ahead and this is very normal West Coast weather. Our tents are built to handle above 150km winds.
Cliffside is situated on clifftops and there are hazards both natural and man-made. You accept that you, and any guests or visitors, enter the property at your own risk.
Participation by you and any guests or visitors in activities, such as, outdoor baths, climbing trees, walking on the property and any other activity on the property, is done so at your and their own risk. To the extent permitted by law, Cliffside does not accept any liability for accident, loss of property or personal injury during your stay.
Please stay within the area of your tent and on the road at all times.
Children and pets are not permitted onsite or at Cliffside accommodation due to risk from the surrounding environment and terrain.
Children and pets are strictly not permitted due to safety reasons and locations of tents.
Cliffside gift vouchers expire if not redeemed within 1 years of purchase. If a booking paid for using a gift voucher is cancelled, any refund will be by way of a gift voucher with the same expiry date as the original gift voucher. Gift vouchers are not refundable or redeemable for cash and cannot be transferred or on-sold.
We may amend these Booking Conditions at any time. Any changes shall apply to bookings made from the date of such changes. You are responsible for familiarising yourself with these Booking Conditions each time you make a booking.
A bond will be automatically held by Cliffside upon booking. Any damages to property, golf carts, unarranged early check ins/late check outs or cleaning charges will be automatically charged if deemed necessary. All relevant information and photos will be sent to the guests to explain these charges.
As the person who completes the Booking Form, you certify that all information provided is true, accurate and correct and that you: are authorised to agree to the Booking Conditions on behalf of all persons included in the Booking Form, including those substituted or added at a later date; are over eighteen years of age; agree to take responsibility for the party occupying the Property and shall ensure that they (and any approved visitors) comply with these Booking Conditions; and will notify us if you are not present at the property for the rental period
There is a self-check-in only for Cliffside Couples Glamping. Please study your pre-arrival email prior to your stay which includes instructions and a map that will outline where to go to begin the self-check-in.
*Please note: Make sure you time your arrival for day light hours. This means arriving by 5pm in the winter and shoulder months, and by 6.30pm in the summer months. The golf carts you'll be given access to, to transport you to the tent site can't be driven in the dark due to safety reasons. For safety reasons you will be unable to access your Glam Camp site if you arrive after this time and your stay will be forfeited.
You will receive a map in your pre-arrival email. This map will direct you to Cliffside parking. This is also the location you will start your self-check-in
The tents sleep a maximum of two, in a luxurious king-sized bed with hotel quality linen, bedding and towels all provided.
Cliffside glam camps are off-the-grid, and all power is supplied via solar panels and gas.
Payment for booking must be made in full at the time of booking.
All reservations paid for by credit card will attract a 2.5% surcharge. American Express Credit Cards attract a 4% surcharge.
